Do you ship internationally?

No, we don't ship internationally. We do ship only in the USA.

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. See detailed policy here.

30 days from the delivery date.

What is your return method?

What is your return method for defective products or if you send wrong filter model?

If you receive defective products, please email us a picture of the defective items or the wrong filter model. Then we check, and we send you the free return shipping label you need to download/print.

Please note that the return address we will send to you by email.

What is your return / refund / exchange policy for customer remorse or if the customer ordered the wrong filter?

**Note: If you ordered the wrong filter model- before order fulfillment, if you send us an email and if your correct filter model is availabe, then we will send you the correct model; if the filter is not availabe then we will send you a full refund. But after order fulfillment, it's your responsibility to return products. And when we receive your returned products, then we will send your refund (product price - shipping charge) to your bank account/card, or if you want to order the correct filter model, then you will get 5% discount.
